To address the skills gap for IT workers, we need to work together to enable a highly skilled industry responsive IT workforce for all employers, large and small, across all industry sectors now and for the foreseeable future.

Companies engaging in the HR IT Roundtable understand that solving this problem in the short-term requires focused engagement from employers and in particular, professionals like you on the front-lines of recruiting and hiring. There are many efforts underway by RITE and others to build the pipeline for future openings but ideas like expanding computer science offerings and capabilities in K-12 take time to generate results.
