The RITE HR IT Roundtable

A one-of-a-kind engagement platform for new solutions to building the tech talent pipeline.

As the region’s IT workforce alliance, RITE established the HR IT Roundtable in 2017. This standing network of employers meets quarterly to exchange information, resources and best practices around efforts to recruit and hire diverse tech talent into their organizations. Participants include IT Recruiters, IT Talent Acquisition Staff, and HR from Northeast Ohio companies that hire IT talent.

The HR IT Roundtable serves three functions:

• Take Action: Develop creative and scalable solutions to employer needs through IT workforce initiatives and pilots.
• Thought Leadership: Drive shared understanding of IT workforce needs and unified approaches to common workforce challenges.
• Learning Community: One-of-a-kind, peers-only network for best practices.

Topics for discussion at the upcoming December HR IT Roundtable include:

WiCyS 2022 – WiCyS (Women in Cybersecurity) helps organizations recruit, retain and advance women in cybersecurity. WiCyS creates opportunities through professional development programs, conferences, career fairs, and more. The 9th Annual WiCyS Conference will be held in Cleveland, Ohio on March 17 – 19, 2022.

GCP and Apprenti Partnership – This new partnership will launch tech apprenticeships designed to build an abundant and inclusive tech talent pipeline in the Cleveland region. Apprenti is a nationally recognized program intermediary that delivers registered apprenticeship programs to bridge the tech talent and diversity gaps.
